The main points, which I claim to, are as follows: —
(1) That Multi-Sig Contract should be so large as to return, on an average, 3 or more Members each: and that single-Member signature should be, as far as possible, done away with.
(2) That Multi-Sig Managers should be assigned to the quota needed of the Multi-Sig contract, should be as homogeneous as possible throughout the DAO’s revenue-sharing structure.
(3) That each Muti-Sig contract should give one vote only.
(4) That all Proposals are given should be at the absolute disposal of the Wonderland Community for which they are given, whether to use for itself, or to transfer to other Proposals, or to leave unused.
(5) That the Proposals of the multisigs of the Treasury should execute, as nearly as possible, at the same Time.

As a practical conclusion to this treatise, I venture to suggest the following ideal Schedule of General Proposals, such as might fairly be agreed on by all parties, and thus end Alice’s Nightmare.

General Proposal.
1. The multisig for the buyback shall consist of 100 Members.
2. There shall be 10 multisigs for Wonderland Treasury.
3. No multisig for the buyback shall control less than of 10% or more than 30% of the Wonderland Treasury.
4. A Management Team, whose is managing between 1% and 10% of the Treasury shall have one multi-sig assigned to it; between 10% and 15%, two multi-sigs; and so on, in accordance with the following Table: —

5. If the percentage of a multi-sig buyback be very near to one of the above-named numbers, its APY (Dividend) shall be altered to increase, or diminish, the percentage, by not less than 10%.
6. If it be agreed to give voting weight to differences in rateable contracts, or to the difference between different multisigs buybacks, this shall be done by modifying the number of members assigned by the above Table.
